| According to the history Amla, which is one of THRIPHALAM, had been cultivated 2000 years ago by our Ancestors. |
Methods of Cultivation
- About 197 saplings are planted in an acre at a spacing of 15’ x 15’
- Amla does not need much water
- Amla in 10 acres is profitably managed with water recommended for coconut in one acre.
- We product NA-7, Kanchan, Chakia, Krishna Anand & BGK, NA-6, NA-10, BSR-1 varieties

| Important Note |

Among the above said varieties is considered to be the best variety. For, it flourishes well in different soils and climatic conditions.

But for better pollination, it is recommended to adopt 9:1 ratio.

For better productivity, reduce quantum of irrigation water, when it is flowering at the end of second year.
-
No need of inorganic fertilizers, pesticides and fungicides. Best results are produced with eco-friendly organic cultivation methods.
-
Yield keeps increasing on 3rd and 4th year and attains maximum of 150 kg fruits at 6th year.
